My husband and I are always getting semen on the bedspread and I dont want to have to dryclean this ALL the time. Any suggestions?? This is a for real question too.

I have a new bed and planning to get the necessary stuff for it. Right now I have sheets, pillows, and a blanket. I plan to get the rest from IKEA. What are the differences IKEA quilts, bedspread, blanket, comforter, and throw? And for quilts, how do you know what warmth level is good for you? (level 1-5)
